What is the admission process at the University of Cambridge
For admission in undergraduate program:
- Chose a course
- Check assessment requirements – to know about the assessment with respect to your course visit the website
- Decide on your college
- Submit your UCAS application
For undergraduates, admission is done through a registration via the UCAS platform before October 15. Thereafter, it is mandatory to complete the Supplementary Application Questionnaire (SAQ) by October 22. Applicants are also required to take a subject-specific written exam before or at the interview. Some colleges require one to two essays written in English that can be discussed at the interview.
Based on the UCAS application, applicants are invited for the interview. The stronger application increases the chances of interview call. After interview, admission office will inform about the decision by the end of January.
